When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to reply, prepare a proposal and, if you book, manage the performance and related obligations. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. WhatsApp and email providers also process data under their own terms.
Song selection
Your selection is saved in your browser’s local storage. It contains neither your name nor your contact details. When sharing a list or its link, you choose the recipient. You can clear the selection or delete the site data in your browser.
Providers and retention
Web hosting and communication providers are involved in delivering their services. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to meet applicable legal obligations. External videos and thumbnails may transmit connection data to YouTube; see the cookies page.

Form and Typical Spanish Rumba records
When you use the form, your contact details, town, date if supplied, event type, optional budget and message are stored encrypted in the callesurmusica.com database to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Only authorised administrators can view them. Email notification is additional: your enquiry remains saved if the notification fails. Enquiries are currently not sent automatically to Typical Spanish Rumba. We retain the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.
Form protection
The form uses hCaptcha to check submissions. The service may process connection and browser data. Verification protects submissions; it is not required to read public pages.
